Unfortunately Sienna Blair does not provide a refund for change of mind. This will apply only when the garment is faulty beyond repair and a replacement item of the same style and size is not in stock. Please inspect your items on delivery and get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your faulty garment via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to exchange your garment the following criteria needs to be met
- The garment is in its original condition ie it has the tag still attached, is unworn and unwashed
- You have notified Sienna Blair within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Please note the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
