Full priced items may be returned for a store credit or refund provided the following criteria is met:
- The garment is in its original condition ie it has the tag still attached, is unworn and unwashed.
- Your SB pieces are returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date with our returns sheet completed.
Sale items are for final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund so please choose carefully.
Please note shipping charges are non refundable. We recommend using tracked postage when returning your goods.

If your garment is faulty we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If the items fault is minor and repairable we will endeavor to repair it in a timely manner.
If the garment is unable to be repaired in house within a timely manner we will provide a replacement garment. If a replacement item is unavailable a full refund will be given.
