How do I track my order?

Once your order has been picked up by our courier you should recieve an email with your tracking information.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

New Zealand Couriers aims to deliver overnight for non rural addresses and 2-3 days for rural addresses. 

My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please call NZ Couriers with your tracking information for more information on the whereabouts of your Sienna Blair goodies.

I’ve placed an order but would like to add to it!

Flick us an email as soon as possible at hello@siennablair.co.nz and we can see what we can do. 

The clothing I’ve ordered doesn’t fit correctly what do I do? 

Please follow our returns procedure under the returns section on our website. We are more than happy to exchange the size if it’s available, give you a credit note or refund on full priced items.

My item appears to have a fault. What should I do?!

Please send us an email with photographs to siennablairclothing@gmail.com and we can organise a refund for you. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes absolutely! We provide an untracked flat rate of $30. We are currently working on getting cheaper rates internationally.
