I can’t seem to track my order from my shipping confirmation email?

We use NZ post and Pass the Parcel. If the link doesn’t take you to NZ post please enter the tracking number into Pass the Parcels website. 

My order says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please call the postal service with your tracking information for more information on the whereabouts of your Sienna Blair goodies.

I’ve placed an order but would like to add to it!

Flick us an email as soon as possible at siennablairclothing@gmail.com and we can see what we can do. If your parcel hasn’t been packaged up it’s easy and you can just click pick up at checkout. 


The clothing I’ve ordered doesn’t fit correctly what do I do? 

Please send us an email at siennablairclothing@gmail.com. We are more than happy to exchange the size of it’s available or give you a credit note. 

The clothing doesn’t suit my little one what are my options? 

We are very happy to exchange your items or offer a store credit just send us an email at siennablairclothing@gmail.com

My item appears to have a fault. What should I do?!

Please send us an email with photographs to siennablairclothing@gmail.com and we can organise a refund for you. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes absolutely! We are currently working on getting cheaper rates internationally so stay tuned!
